Take half a cup of sea salt and add half a cup of any oil with a teaspoonful of citrus zest. Mix ingredients together. Rub on skin while in the shower (avoiding eyes) and rinse off.
3. Banana Body Scrub
Take one ripe banana and add one tablespoon of brown sugar followed by a quarter teaspoonful of vanilla. Mix ingredients to combine but avoid mixing too much, as it will thin out the recipe. Apply in the shower and allow to sit about a minute, then gently massage over skin in circular motions. Rinse it off.
